*We will try to accommodate everyone’s preferences, but you must keep in mind that this is a very small hotel and if our group becomes as large as 20 people or more we will not be able to accommodate more than one or two singles.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your space. Full payment is due by Dec. 3, 2007. Cancellations on or before Dec. 3, 2007 will be subject to a full refund. Any cancellation between Dec. 3-31, 2007 will result in 50% refund and cancellation after Dec. 31, 2007 is NON-REUNDABLE.
