• Nov. 6, 2008, 2008, SPECIAL club event viewing SHARKWATER -"filmmaker Rob Stewart's love for sharks prompts him to undertake a dangerous journey in an effort to save sharks from extinction" with post viewing discussion led by representatives from SHARKSAVERS (http://www.sharksavers.org/), an organization dedicated to saving/protecting sharks.
• Mar. 29, 2008, Annual Club Outing to BENEATH THE SEA Expo at Meadowlands with group lunch.
• Mar. 27, 2008, New Member Night + Club Meeting Guest speaker from DiveTech of The Cayman Islands shared with us what makes diving The Caymans great.
• Mar. 20, 2008: The VDC went to XES Lounge for a casual, impromptu Happy Hour with fellow divers
• Dec. 10, 2006: a grand and festive Village Dive Club Annual Holiday Party at Allen Hill's loft. Good food, good grog, and good fun were had by all. And then there was the moment when...
• Nov. 17, 2006: Film Festival - 25th Anniversary of Long Island Divers Association, a group from our club attended this event held in Garden City
• Mar. 26, 2006: Club Outing to the Beneath The Sea Scuba Diving Expo at the Meadowlands Convention Center.
• Mar. 23, 2006: Club Meeting. Michael Greenberg presented to the club on the Anse Chastanet Resort in St. Lucia, the site of this year's DFL.
• Feb. 26, 2006: Club Meeting. a fun and engaging discussion on Diving Manners and Ethics: Where Do You Draw The Line?, and the hottest tech explosion about diving using your computer or your iPod.
