Charities Chosen for DFL 2009 Funds

With much appreciation to VDC member Eric Heller, who took charge of organizing the selection process, we are pleased to announce the recipients of the funds allocated to the Village Dive Club based on member participation in the 2009 Diving for Life SCUBA Jamboree. The VDC allocation of $25,973 will be as follows:

BRONX COMMUNITY PRIDE CENTER. $2,800

CALLEN-LORDE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER. $7,723

THE LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDER COMMUNITY CENTER. $5,000

NEW JERSEY BUDDIES. $2,800

SYLVIA’S PLACE MCCNY HOMELESS YOUTH SERVICES. $7,650
